Competition Judging System for the World Cocktail Championships
2018 - 2019
- Built an event-critical judging and scoring system for the International Bartenders Association's annual World Cocktail Championships, replacing paper and spreadsheets.
- Implemented judge login, iPad scoring, category-specific deductions, winner calculation, organizer monitoring, and auditable result-review workflows.
- Reduced results turnaround from 2-3 hours to immediate calculation and ran the Chengdu event on a fully local server/private-network deployment because conventional cloud services were unavailable.
